I’ve been inside this house. It. Belongs to Richard Klarchak, fabulously wealthy because he buys and sells utilities for mobile home parks. Tainted if not dirty. He .et his much younger trophy wife when she was a waitress at Gibson’s. The bathtub has the exceptionally hideous Versace logo carved out of the Mexican marble
It sits on 64, the rest of the place is on the 63rd. Not only was that not enough room for 2 people they knocked through the wall to the north and gutted it. Gross. There’s only 4 penthouses. But the 62nd floor has 16 foot ceiling height. Had a client whose epergne and other devices held fresh weekly florals. She folded the corners of her toilet paper. YIKES. She’d ask me on a cloudy day what the weather was doing. Again YIKES.

All that gold would have to go. The only thing I like are the enormous windows and the low-key bedrooms. The bathrooms would have to be re-done. The kitchen wasn’t shown, but I assume it is nice as well, but yeah, all that gold, yilkes! Needs revamping by a good interior designer. The stairs to the second floor would also have to be replaced by something more contemporary. Nice penthouse though.

This might be my favorite penthouse I’ve seen a video of. It’s extraordinary!

What is not cool about this penthouse is that it doesn’t have a pool . #JesusIsTheSonOfGod
