Mount cockππππππππDEADππππππ
I was raised in the area of Mt. Chicorua and the descenendents of the pioneer family mentioned in the legend still inhabit the area not mentioned was the curse on the Saco river taking so many lives each year by drowning, we natives were very aware of the Mt.”s history and the curse, and it was as real to us as the elements.
I live in new Hampshire right near that mountain. At least you tried pronouncing the name. But its a very Erie area late at night not just because of the curse.
You are so very wrong about your history and your history. I am from the area and I am an American Indian. People like you and your wrong history writing, hurts my heart
