Thank you for the info Treasure Valley Dave. A lot of good information. Here in California, a family member told me that he was getting out bid sometimes $500,000 over asking price! Yes! FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND from foreign investors buying property with no intention of actually living in the property. These were homes priced at over 2 million dollars. What is the average over asking price that people are willing to pay in Idaho. ( sorry for the complicated question.) just a general number if you can.
How serious is this drought?
