Delaware Online News Video: Explosion at Sunoco Refinery

An explosion Sunday at the Sunoco refinery along the Delaware River at the Pennsylvania-Delaware line could be felt for miles and resulted in flames shooting high into the late-night sky, officials and witnesses said. But the fire has been contained, an official said this morning.
