Why isn’t there ramen in a can? Like curry’d ramen in a can. I’ve been eating spaghetti and meatballs from a can… got me thinking… why no ramen? I live in a room-stay with no A/C and no private oven. Why not there be ramen in a can? Well, maybe too futuristic for that to be even plausible. I’d still eat spaghetti from a can if they did have ramen in a can. They have cup of noodles, and yet… no can? I don’t have time to wait to boil, all I have is a microwave and I want ramen. Think of that Japan.

I have been to Azama’s and it is the best price. Funny I have been getting my laulau fix from Zippys the last few times. They have been running a special on Friday’s the last few weeks and it’s not bad, but Azama’s is super good. Great cheap eats find! I think it’s actually Waipahu Depot Road, but I knew what you meant.

Hi Charles, or neighbor… If ur looking for a "hole in the wall" in Ewa Beach, try Saito and Pho. Small place but good food. When I’m under the weather I get pho, otherwise it’s a sizzling plate of steak. I think they have other locations but this one took over the Chinese restaurant that used to be there. Thanks for showing some local places that we can support.

Charles, is there a big difference on the Ahi poke vs Off The Hook one? Also, you should do some Thai restaurants too.

That looked like a meal fit for a king. Plus dried aku for dessert!!! I also prefer my luau leaves soft and melty. I didn’t realize how expensive poke is now. Are you going to Poke Fest next weekend?

Pretty sure they have a 10th Ave (Kaimuki) store as well. Not sure if the prices are the same.
