LOST TREASURE! Found Video From Our 1st Disney Cruise!
In September 2015 we went on our very first Disney Cruise on the Disney Dream. It’s a trip we wish we would have vlogged! Well, as we were cleaning our house we found an SD card and lo and behold it had vlog footage from Day 1 of our first Disney Cruise! These are memories that we completely forgot that we captured. So, 5 years later we’re excited to share Day 1 of our very first Disney Cruise experience with you!
Also, I’m sorry that I called it a boat so many times and thank goodness we’ve gotten better at vlogging! Ha!

Such memories this brought back. We did a 3 day cruise on the Wonder back in 2003. I would love to do it again but my husband is disabled now and is apprehensive. He loved going to Disney a few years back but flying with him was not the best experience. Going through security flying home from Orlando was a nightmare until a supervisor arrived. He was so nice but the experience before that was traumatic for my husband. Not sure I will ever get him to fly again.

I wonder….you mentioned Sherri got seasick on your first cruise…. you ran all night for ginger-ale…. maybe that would explain why there is no more footage?! Ship/boat …people still know what you mean… I would just ignore the word police. Ha ha! This was great and I’m so very happy for you to have found it and shared. Travel Memories are the best. Found treasure for sure!

Oh, and it’s AWESOME that Sherri tried on the life vest. I haven’t even given it a second thought since my first cruise back in 2007 with Carnival, we were required to carry it to our muster station back then.

I call the ships a boat often. Disney didn’t kno wat to call us so they did it personally as we had different surnames. I always do a outside room on a ship.

Adam and Sherri Wow I am so happy you have found this footage. This is so funny because while in quarantine I have been going thru all of my camera footage all the way to VHSc tapes I have transferred to Digital. Finally I found and old HD storage JVC camera in my attic but the charger was nowhere to be found so I order one from Amazon. Well to my surprise what was in it but our videos from our first ever cruise on the Disney Wonder!!!! from 2010!!!!of course as a creator I had to edit a little of it and I have posted a cute video of my kids and us on our room. I uploaded it in may 28th. Is your anniversary in October? I notice the Halloween tree in the lobby . We will be hopefully sailing on the Disney Fantasy on October 19th for our 18th wedding anniversary and our grand slam cruise. Nothing would make me more happy for you to watch that throwback video in our channel and leave a comment and if you would like to subscribe even better. So cool that you found that! My first cruise was way back in 2005. I was working at WDW at the time, and they had awesome last minute castmember deals on cruises, so I went with my boyfriend at the time. And now I’ve done a few with my husband, and he’s definitely won over. He’s not even a major Disney geek like I am.
Such an awesome and timely find! Loved it so much. We’ve not been on a Disney Cruise, or any Cruise for that matter, but we are so excited to go on one someday!
