Hawaii Supreme court thinks the US Constitution doesn’t apply to Hawaii and quotes a TV show as precedent??? Hawaii is a clown state…

  2. @circusboy90210 on October 10, 2024 at 7:31 pm

the whole states rights are violated by these unconstitutional laws. needs don’t change. the state doesn’t want the populace armed because they would take their stolen nation back.

  3. @joesigler419 on October 10, 2024 at 7:33 pm

SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED! States don’t get to violate the constitution

  4. @guyjoslin7682 on October 10, 2024 at 7:34 pm

Evolving societal needs = rejection of the Constitutional rights of an American citizen. Communist.

The Hawaii Supreme Court did a great job become an Hawaii safe. Hawaii is the safest state in the United States because they don’t let every lunatic have a firearm.
All these people screaming and crying about the second amendment. Say all you need to do is prevent the criminals from having firearms. That is exactly what why did.

  9. @randyfender6122 on October 10, 2024 at 7:47 pm

The second ammendment says nothing about self defence in relation to your un- infringable right to bear arms.

  10. @josholsen5736 on October 10, 2024 at 7:49 pm

And…… I don’t want to go to Hawaii

  11. @soundtrancecloud5101 on October 10, 2024 at 7:51 pm

Good job Supreme Court protecting state laws instead of upholding the ultimate law of the land The Constitution.

    Pg 40
" as the world turns… …makes no sense to apply the laws and culture of the founding era to modern society…"

It doesn’t take long to find it online
Given i cant post a link here, all i can say is to look for:
"IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HAWAI’I"

its the title of the actual Hawaiian state government public records, justice department, etc.

On there, it gives you a full PDF

Its all BS, as their true motives are outlined pretty clearly on pg 40 basically as such: "we do not believe the constitution applies today, because its outdated, and we can therefore do whatever we want"

  13. @dw1217 on October 10, 2024 at 7:57 pm

The second amendment applies to ALL 50 states.

  14. @MrC4jerry on October 10, 2024 at 7:58 pm

    Shall not be infringed

  15. @danfordgraw4059 on October 10, 2024 at 8:00 pm

  17. @TexasAggie97 on October 10, 2024 at 8:02 pm

    "Shall not be infringed"

  18. @tanyagarcia3721 on October 10, 2024 at 8:04 pm

    You go, Hawaiian government

  19. @sgt.stryker2552 on October 10, 2024 at 8:06 pm

Hawaii state Supreme Court is just a bunch of liberal judges who rule according to their feelings not the constitution. They lack the intelligence to understand the 2nd amendment.

  20. @calvinwaligora8312 on October 10, 2024 at 8:07 pm

So…. is Hawaii breaking away from the United States of America Union?

Another thing Permit to Purchase and Permit to Conceal & Carry is a Felony to issue to a US Citizen by Federal Law.

  21. @theBrosDurham on October 10, 2024 at 8:09 pm

You mean the history of disarming Hawaiians by the US govt?

  22. @spartamerican6758 on October 10, 2024 at 8:11 pm

    So….treason then.

  23. @MonteCarlo-rx4hu on October 10, 2024 at 8:14 pm

States revoke rights all the time on purpose. They punish regular people with the cost of the process knowing if you spend the money it cost them none. They know the supreme court will never hear 98% of all cases appealed to them and in the event their decision is overturned it will cost the judges with bad decisions nothing.

  24. @Kryptarch on October 10, 2024 at 8:15 pm

Hawaii’s firearm “laws” don’t supersede the 2nd Amendment. Unalienable. Period.

  25. @SleepyOx2023 on October 10, 2024 at 8:15 pm

Thank you Hawaii supreme court. 2nd amendment is overrated and does not override the threat illegal ownership imposes to others.

  26. @BlackwaterBud on October 10, 2024 at 8:17 pm

The 2nd amendment does not grant gun rights. It prohibits the government from infringement of the rights of citizens to keep and bear arms.

  27. @caramelcrunchy9927 on October 10, 2024 at 8:18 pm

Ah yes. State laws. Like jim crow.

We realize the individual state should never supercede the federal law, right? IDC who you are. Special laws that are more specific, fine. But nothing can restrict my rights or freedoms. They are not a choice. They are not a discussion. They are my rights. I will use them, unhindered.

  28. @alaneskew2664 on October 10, 2024 at 8:21 pm

Hawaii’s history and societal disease does not override American Civil Rights. That means the state is elevated itself above all constitutionally protected civil rights and is in violation of every one of their solemn oath to uphold the Constitution. I need to be removed immediately

  29. @johnowen9349 on October 10, 2024 at 8:22 pm

Well, that should shape up into a case to force Constitutional Carry.
