The Lost Treasure of Redbone Cave #treasurehunt #lostgold #treasurehunting #hiddengold .In 1720, during the time when Chickasaw Indians ruled much of Alabama, a white trapper was captured and imprisoned in a cave known as Redbone Cave. Located on the north bank of the Tennessee River near Muscle Shoals in Colbert County, the cave reportedly contained a fortune in gold and silver. According to the trapper’s later account, the cave was filled with gold and silver bars, chests brimming with golden figurines, jewels, and gold coins, reaching from the floor to the ceiling.
