It seems the Cistern is called Soldiers Tank and just a few hundred yards up the wash tucked around a bend is two red buttes with trucks and a mining operation going on. Below this butte is Soldiers Tank. A cistern is a man made tank. Hence Soldiers Tank. Cause they made it. 33°21’46 N 113°41 32"W
