Whether Treasure Hunting, Prospecting or Dredging the rivers, be aware of the legality involved

Why is it such a tall order to have a free publicly available map that tells me where I can metal detect?
It is such a pain looking at mlrs which barely tells you anything & seems distorted as well.
This is 2022 f.f.s. This info should be a function in Google Earth or something so I don’t on to forbidden ground.

Is it possible to find gold in AZ without a metal detector?

  30. Colin Sexton on November 2, 2022 at 10:23 am

Hey there! I love this video. Just getting into learning about gold prospecting. I don’t have. a detector yet (used to have a minelab but didn’t have it set up right didn’t know how so I sold it).

Is this your property or just a “claim”? How does that work exactly?

I’m blown away by how much “junk” you found in the middle of a desert lol .

Any answers would be appreciated but you might not even see this.

    Thank you.

At 1 ton/cubic yard, that boulder is several tons. Better to drill and blast it. Or go Medieval on it and drill holes, pound in wooden stakes, then wet the stakes until they split the boulder.

  32. Otto Von Bismarck on November 2, 2022 at 10:27 am

Getting ready to move out there. Is this a claim site you own? Are there areas anyone can dig in? How do I find one?

  33. helen stokes on November 2, 2022 at 10:28 am

Where would I go to get my own claim.?

  34. Marcos Duran on November 2, 2022 at 10:29 am

  37. Robert Brandywine on November 2, 2022 at 10:31 am

How many acres is your claim? Do you plan to cover the entire area with your metal detector?

I’ve been wanting to get into gold finding with a metal detector but I don’t know where to start.

  50. Little Bird on November 2, 2022 at 10:47 am

nice video ,,, but for the love of progress get some nitrile gloves and stop trying to dig with that plastic scoop… get a magnet to work the target initially and pull the iron…

love the videos and the whole thing y’all have going on there… i admire this dedication to the pursuit of happiness.
