Regan Gold Mine – Oregon – 2016
From 1902 to 1941, the Regan Mine was a lucrative operation, mostly run by small miners. In 1939, the mine was reportedly bought by the Paymaster Mining Company for over $200,000, but was soon shut down due to the War Act.
The Regan mine is massive and its workings are relatively untouched. Currently, there is an abundance of processing equipment on the claim, including a crusher, a shaker, and a smelter. There is also a year round supply of water on the claim.
This claim is perfect for small operations, which could grow into larger operations as the veins and deposits are further explored.
Thanks for a great video! I wonder if my long lost relative owned that mine! I doubt it, but it would be cool. LOL You pronounce the name REGAN wrong though. REAGAN was our president!
You’re fucking hilarious!

Did I just see a left-handed man say "always go right"?

hey guys. i really like what youre doing and i want to buy a claim in oregon. please reply
Enjoyable video, thanks for all the work it was getting there and for the risks you took in filming it. Since this was filmed two years ago, the elected officials in Oregon have added another level of control over the masses and made both surface mining and deep mining considerably more difficult. But I like your attitude. Good job and thanks for posting.
Nice video, nice to meet you! I guess I’m yer first woman! 🤣🤣
Can I tempt you into a trip around Grant’s pass w me? I have 2 golden spots!
Alot of history left behind, totally awesome!

Enjoyed. Rob of THE GOLD ANGLE
Just a tip- the mud-like stuff you’re finding along the vein is called fault gouge. It’s the result of rock being ground up by fault motion.
