Those individuals involved in the genesis of the insurance companies loss recovery claims have to be the biggest bunch of disingenuous opportunistic grifters that ever walked the earth. Their reputational risk evaluation resulting from the perception of greed from having mounted the challenge in the first place vs any potential revenue gain from a costly legal challenge is ridiculous in its incompetence.
