You guys should check out the Devil’s Tree in New Jersey. I believe it’s in Bernard’s Township but I’ve personally had a lot of awful experiences there as a teenager with my friend and the stories around people that go there are very wild and the history of the tree is extremely disturbing.

(this is an edit but at 44:13 and around that time, Sam most likely closed the door unless that was whoever was behind him, but you can hear when he steps out and away, the car door shuts. *I THINK* that the sound most likely came from the woods or from that building.)

Ok so basically I’m sixth grade I went on a field trip here, not exactly there but a camp RIGHT next to it. And man, shit went down. So first, it started raining so hard and we had to stay in the bus. When we got out, it was very muddy. We were walking down a train and split up into 5 groups. And two kids were running and one slipped and cracked his head open on a rock. I’m done writing I’ll keep writing tomorrow 💀

When I was a kid about 11 years old my Dad took me to the Jersey shore for vacation because that is where he grew up. We stayed at a campground in the pine barrens for two weeks. There was two nights that I got up and had peed outside our tent in the middle of the night; I saw a campfire lit in the site next to us and boom saw a big red person next to the fire staring back at me. It was horrifying and burned into my memory and I’m now 29 years old. There was NO ONE else at this camp ground during that time other than my Dad and I. It was a lot of fun, but terrifying seeing what I saw.
now i am positive im getting old. I am sitting here diagnosing your cars idle problem squinting and shit trying to read gauges. i understand why my kids get frustrated with me.
