Clegg next time you go out holler at me if you don’t want to go alone, I live in Clarksburg. I put the kayak in the river in Sistersville today, got ate alive by horseflys and dodged a few barges, but failed to find anything worth noting.

There’s marbles all over probably a 3 mile area in the creeks where I grew up,I used to buy bags of marbles from the dollar store and use them as slingshot ammo,I’m sure alot of kids done that thats probably why you found a broken one

Hey, good videos for sure but I noticed on your first find in this one, just above the one you picked up, near the concrete block was another point. I really thought you would grab it too!!

  25. Dan Fetters on January 18, 2023 at 10:15 am

Check ROCKS COIUSTEAU YouTube page, he gets many marbles.

Can you rinse like that on the Kentucky side of the Ohio River? Asking because I’m interested in doing this in Kentucky and don’t want to get in trouble.

  30. mike dennis on January 18, 2023 at 10:21 am

    Awesome
Video .. at 1:45 mark when you ge that great piece, it almost looks like another piece right above it.. kind of whiteish. It looks like a drill to me.. did you notice that? Awesome videos

I grew up on the Ohio river. I have spent many many days just walking the banks looking and playing. I once worked as a commercial fisherman on the Ohio…..My memories are rich, and I miss that river…

  32. Michael Rader on January 18, 2023 at 10:22 am

  35. CatDogKY on January 18, 2023 at 10:28 am

Have you ever run into Rocks Cousteau? He’s another youtuber doing the same thing on the banks of the Ohio River. He may concentrate 15 to 20 miles upstream from where you are.

  36. Darrell Hoggard on January 18, 2023 at 10:28 am

Like your videos. Could you talk about the Indian tribes who made them on your digs. Size of tribe. Farmers or hunters. Friendly or not. How long they were there. Things like that. Thanks Darrell from Kentucky

  37. Chad Boeshart on January 18, 2023 at 10:28 am

When you showed the lancet it looked like a white drill behind it. I’m sure if it was you would have seen it but in the video it sure looks like it. I got a new toy yesterday I’ll send it to you in a message. Not comment.

  48. Kevin L on January 18, 2023 at 10:39 am

I was wondering if you ever worked on your pump idea from a while back. Pumping water up on the bank as opposed to throwing buckets of water.

  49. Eric West on January 18, 2023 at 10:40 am

You did better in the heat then i would have. I poured concrete all week and it like to had killed me. I point hunted a little, didn’t find anything or stepped on it cause my eye’s was full of swet. You got some killer
finds. I had a brass shoe exactly like that in the 80s i used for an insent burner. Think i found it at the city dump. Dont remember what happened to it.
I keep them coke bottles to.
    Thanks for sharing.

My dad was sent over to Saudi Arabia circa 1960 by his company on a business trip. He brought us kids back some authentic Shiek type clothing (I won the Halloween costume party that year for the most original costume) and for mom he brought her a pair of pointed brass slipper ashtrays just like you picked up here, Clegg. Hopefully this helps!! Jump into that cool river when you get so overheated!! Jim C.
