The Oregon Trail Treasure Hunt : Episode 4 – Idaho
On this installment of the Oregon Trail Treasure Hunt, we travel the rugged wilderness of Idaho. The Gem State has a lot of natural feature that are very desirable including the naturally carbonated spring water.
Speaking of water, it is also home to Niagara of the West, Shoshone Falls. Not technically on the Oregon Trail, but pioneers traveling west could hear it from their route and go see what the commotion as all about.

Just visited Boise last week. Friday we checked out Bonneville Point and found some silver and gold 😉
I think this is a great idea – I am excited to learn more about the Oregon trail. We are in Colorado but spend lots of time in Wyoming.
