River-Larking for Treasure @ Arkansas River

Well I was out looking for drift wood, and started mudlarking at the Arkansas River, Please enjoy my day out exploring the Arkansas River. TFW and happy digging.

    Cooleo Mikeo. You could buy treble hooks and split rings to refurbish those baits.

    I am just waiting for the Mississippi to start going down to go driftwood hunting….I make necklaces, lamps, and sculptures with mine…would love to see some of your windchimes

    Wow Mike, there are so many things down there. I remember passing that river on my way to crater of diamonds and the waterline was way way down. (I went in late September)

    Nice collection of fishing plugs. Reminds me of when I was a kid—I’d spend summers at my grandparents’ by the Delaware River and there was a backwater where everything would wash up. Never knew what you’d find.

    I live right next to Westfield MA and find Stanley products a lot – that is cool – its from the early 60s – maybe even slightly earlier – neat find

    Fishing lures are always worth money. As well as all other fishing stuff you can find. Easy to flea market
