Camera girl has not yet been bitten (miraculously). I’ve had some close calls, but no bites yet. We do have snake gaitors for protection, though we never wear them. LOL Glad you liked the vid. Good luck on your treasure hunt. Hope you find a pot of gold. HH

Good to see you back TJ. Interesting vid about Sam Bass’s gold. Hey I used one of those electronic ciggs to help me quit smoking. I have quit for 2 years and a month now.

My Great grandfather had a farm near Denton and on one of my visits to see him as a child he told me a story about Bass loot some believed was buried on his farm.  He said that back in the 40’s he was approached by a group of men asking for permission to dig on his property near a creek that ran through one side of his property.  He said they dug in a few locations on the creek where they believed Bass had hidden some money.  Nearby and to the west is Pilot Knob said to be a hideout of the outlaw Bass and his gang.  My grandfather didn’t say why the men thought Bass had hid some of his loot there but according to him they did not find what they were looking for and gave up the search after a few days.   As far as I know my great-grandfather never looked himself and passed away in the 80s. Who knows ?  If it was ever there maybe it is still waiting to be found.

great vid.Covering holes will not get the grass growing on top of them. On a different topic, how many holes have you dug to find the treasure?

I know you dude and I know Sam Bass’s gold coins will be found by you. I suspect you have another site to hunt for his treasure. Good Luck.

Thx for the comment. In area one I dug tons of holes, lots of trash. In area two the next day I dug very little trash and an amazing amount of modern clad from such an abandoned place.Again, lots of digging.
