My Most RARE Discovery Yet?! REAL RIVER TREASURE Hunting in Michigan

The best part about treasure hunting is never knowing what you are going to find. On this particular day my buddy James and I were very surprised to find something incredibly unique and rare!

My buddy James and I were walking along the river not having much luck, until things turned around quickly as we began to uncover some incredible history! Then.. I found the tooth to something a little strange!

Yes, it looks like an oil funnel to me.

  7. Lisa Shelton on July 1, 2023 at 9:57 am

Lol. I have created and entire story in my head by the things you found there today. Guns playboy, liquor, body shops. Grats on the finds

  8. Lisa Shelton on July 1, 2023 at 9:58 am

I love old bottles. What a cool spot. The playboy vhs 🤣🤣🤣 I would’ve freaked out when I found that sign. I need Rivers like this.

  9. Christine Walley on July 1, 2023 at 9:59 am

Another cool video. You should collect and sell the non-embossed bottles that are good. I’m sure they would sell to those who paint bottles and put in them the fairy lights

Box with holes. Old battery case I think.

  11. Treasure Hunting USA on July 1, 2023 at 10:01 am

So I didn’t see your sub count and didn’t look at view count but about 5 minutes in I’m like this is just great! Then of course I then see I’m not the only one 50k plus subs and great views. Best thing about Youtube is the people pick and they are usually not wrong. Great content.

  12. Audra Acklin on July 1, 2023 at 10:01 am

    Awesome sign! ❤️❤️😃

  13. John Rau on July 1, 2023 at 10:02 am

Another great adventure video. What river is this? I live in mid-Michigan, just curious.

  14. Robert Lemere on July 1, 2023 at 10:03 am

The big block is a car battery, hopefully you pulled that out, good stuff love it 💪💪. 🙏✌️💪🇺🇸

Joseph F. Brodowski was 33 years old in 1950. Living in Vassar and was from New York. His occupation was “metal bumper” and location was “garage”. Not sure if that means his garage or another. From 1950 census.

  16. GA Fairbanks on July 1, 2023 at 10:07 am

Im wondering if when the tornadoes came thru back in 1953, i think, when they were cleaning up, they just dumped everything into the rivers.

  17. the awesome gunny channel on July 1, 2023 at 10:07 am

  18. Junior Thompson on July 1, 2023 at 10:09 am

Involving cops for that old gun? How damn stupid are you?

  19. Timmy Wood on July 1, 2023 at 10:09 am

I think that eel looking fish was a Lampetra very ancient breed of fish

  20. Cindy Zelmer on July 1, 2023 at 10:10 am

⭐️⭐️Body shop sing is worth about $50. Family Heirloom if you tracked down some of his family.

  21. Michael H on July 1, 2023 at 10:10 am

The “eel” is a lamprey –

  22. Lisa Purcell on July 1, 2023 at 10:10 am

I look forward to your videos every week! You know I was thinking. ….since you make glasses out of some…why not do a collection of the old bottle top varieties just smooth the bottoms like you do the glasses. They would stand and display nicely….. just a thought…oh and the big square thing with the cable was an old car or boat battery.. 😊😊😊😊

Hi Kyle, I love learning from you, especially about fossils. But I gotta tell you, no matter how clear Michigan’s waters may look, You couldn’t get me to stick my face in it. I suppose that goes for any unknown body of water. To many pollutants where dumped into so many of Michigans waters during the 1960s and 1970s. I am glad to see your wearing a wet suit and gloves though. I walk rivers in my own state but with waterproof waders, gloves to protect from getting cut, and use a grabber to pick up items. I detect and collect. Well, I pretty much take anything I am able to lift up out of the water, especially if it is a known swimming spot. Glad to see you found so many cool finds. My favorite is the green bottle. Keep on keeping man!

  24. Nancy Gaxiola on July 1, 2023 at 10:15 am

    Your audio is fine

  25. Rob LaFay on July 1, 2023 at 10:17 am

Would love to see the sign all cleaned up…even better, a video on HOW to clean filthy porcelain signs.

  26. sephysaurus on July 1, 2023 at 10:20 am

Not an eel, a LAMPREY….a really large one…wow. Those things have a nasty mouth… and I don’t mean they cuss, but you will if it bites you…

  27. History Hunter on July 1, 2023 at 10:20 am

@5:09 looks like an old battery

  28. Brian King on July 1, 2023 at 10:20 am

That block was an old car battery I believe. The holes is where you poured water in

  29. Lemondigz on July 1, 2023 at 10:21 am

I live in west Mich. I’d give my left foot to have guys like you to hang with around my area. I love creek and river hunting.

  30. Kamoonra The Wolf God on July 1, 2023 at 10:24 am

I always love what you find everywhere you go. You got some awesome finds as you always do. Loved the video. Yes, go back and do some more hunting there. See what else you can find.

  31. Paul Glover on July 1, 2023 at 10:24 am

Hey Kyle, did a little research on Joe Brodowski for you. Joseph F. Brodowski was born 3/16/1916 and died 12/11/1998. He lived in Vassar, Tuscola, Michigan and is buried in Riverside Cemetery in Vassar. I’ll see what else I can find on him for you. I’m sure he has family in Vassar and that would be a great family heirloom if you would be willing to sell it or part with it. Enjoy your channel buddy!
