DJT clearly intimidated a Georgia grand jury witness with an admonition not to testify. Not only is witness tampering a federal crime that DJT is already charged with twice pursuant to 18 USC §1512(c)(2), but his conditions of release prohibit perpetration of any state or federal crime and Duncan could be a witness in the federal case because of the overlap with the J6 case. Judge Chutkan can and should revoke his bail for witness tampering. DJT and Rudy should be denied bail at the Georgia arraignment because of threats to Duncan and Pence, both referenced witnesses, with a whole slew of derogatory comments slandering prosecutors and judges to boot that are designed to incite some of the MAGA snipers that the FBI has been picking off.
