    Was your DUKES story made up? Can find no info or mention of this train robbery in Stewart cty. Or anywhere in Neb. Please reply because I enjoy your storys……

    Staplehurst is a village in Seward County, Nebraska, United States. It is part of the Lincoln, Nebraska Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 242 at the 2010 census.

    soo where was the wagon supposedly found? You said that he crossed the Big Blue River and then you said 2 miles west of Staplehurst? Was the wagon found west of town?
