So glad the window of time opened for you with wonderful gifts!
Structurally, that Lima 8 is one of the nicest coins I have ever seen.
I’m gonna make an observation. From my experience, by the looks of the silver coins. I would suggest that it is very likely that these items were secure in the dune or beachfront for a majority of their 300yr old journey from the boat to you.i would also say that there is a good chance that those were salvaged and put on land.
I have seen many silver reales from the fleet and many or most came out with shell and sand encrustation, many times creating a "cookie" on the outside. Or the saltwater had eroded the coin and very little silver is left. Especially seeing the dark black sheen on the 4 or 8 and 1/2 reales you found…it surely appears that these coins were not in the surf for long at all. Gold coins of course don’t get effected much but the silver tells you a lot as to where it sat. The crispness of the edges and cross etc are not unly uncirculated but in perfect condition. No electrolysis needed. I recommend leaving some black and not cleaning them. They may actually be more amazing and rare that way. Because Florida salvagers are forced to completely clean all coins for assessment by the state.
Also the rings are definitely period. Absolutely amazing pile of finds. I could almost guess where you were but I won’t speculate))
Congratulations
