There is a wonderful collection of dynamic art in Kingsport, Tenn.
It began as a dream and brought together a whole community of more than 200 artists, artisans and craftsmen to construct a monumental work of color, art, movement and fun. It’s open to the public to see for free, and to ride for only $1.
