Alaska Autumn Landscapes | Exploring Our Home of Copper River Valley

Alaska Autumn Landscapes | Exploring Our Home of Copper River Valley

Welcome back to the channel, friends!
We started “our weekend” off running away from the chores, literally. As fall is in full swing, we wanted to go capture some of the short lived footage that is Autum in Alaska. We know many of you do enjoy content like that because you either want to be here and can’t, or were once here and miss home. This is for you.
Lynn got the rest of the wood stacked, and all that is left is kindling. I chose not to show that because, well… you saw me start it and I did not think anyone would want to see me stack anymore lol. It’s done though, as well as the cleanup from the Shelter Logic you will see us start to tackle again towards the end of this video. We did not film the finish, but you will see the cleaned up area soon enough as it once was. Clean!
Now we are turning our sights to hunting and inside chores, and cooking! Daryl has a big trip planned soon with friends, and fingers crossed he will be bringing some meat home to fill the jars and the freezer. Regardless, he is very excited to go and will be grateful either way. I’m staying behind because of Jack. He cannot handle all of that.
Stay tuned!
Thanks for being here following along our journey!

Awww what a nice memory of your kids finding you in the middle of nowhere. How nice. Beautiful views too guys! Stunning! An avalanche is so destructive! 9:35 girrrl I’m the same. I panic all the time when Jason takes risks driving and doing basically anything 😂 Wowwww that bridge!!! Those drones are so hard to land. I couldn’t imagine trying to get it in the sunroof!

Endlessly beautiful and fascinating landscapes. I suspect there are a lot of us wannabe, but not able to be, Alaskans who enjoy seeing life up there through channels like yours. Good luck with the hunt. There is something fundamentally human and humane about securing meat the old fashioned way.

I really enjoyed the video! It’s nice to see how pretty it is in Alaska. I have always wanted to visit Alaska. They say it’s like New Hampshire on steroids.
