There’s no record of the Dutchman ever taking anyone to his mine. One person moving and installing the heavy timbers show in the tunnel, highly unlikely.

  2. mike Janicke on August 5, 2022 at 7:16 am

He didn’t even look for it

This guy is irritating. You’re here to learn about this stuff from the wrong guy. Check out the channel Mysteries of the Superstition mountains. Ron is in a bunch of them along with the best people to get this info from.

Hearts are just to perfect for someone to have carved in the desert

  5. Kathleen Austin on August 5, 2022 at 7:25 am

SO many artifacts have been sold to private collectors!!! Has anyone tried to get the collectors together?!! Museums could also have some!!!
Why doesn’t he have a metal detector with him exploring?!!

  6. Carl Johnson on August 5, 2022 at 7:25 am

I can tell you for a fact, being a resident and knowing many of the locals in this series, that most of it is bogus. Made me never trust the History Channel again after watching these falsehoods and made up events.

Be careful climbing up rock ledges because it’s much harder to climb down and much more dangerous gravity can trick you

WE DO NOT GIVE THE OLD TIMERS ENOUGH CREDIT FOR HOW THEY CAN SEND GENERATIONS OF PEOPLE ALL OVER AMERICA LOOKING FOR THE SAME MINES GOLD OR LOST TREASURE ITS ALL FUN AND GOOD BUT WILL THE TRUE TREASURE HUNT HAPPEN AND WILL THOSE INVOLVED SPEAK OUT MAYBE NEXT TIME RAY’S

  9. Guu on August 5, 2022 at 7:29 am

    Real life holes.

  10. S Bars on August 5, 2022 at 7:29 am

More likely this area came up with a story about treasure to try and get tourists. All this is a joke. How much do they make off each treasure hunter that stops in asking for info? There is zero evidence of any kind of treasure. Also, all these sketchy anonymous “clues” are all produced by the show. Would be fascinating if they would ever actually find something though.

I think quartz is fossil blood plasma .That is why it is in veins . the GIANT creatures of the past had gold and silver in their veins , quartz has all kinds of minerals in it just like our blood also has . Fossil BIOLOGY is GEOLOGY . But the GEOLOGIST won’t agree with me . They can’t see the fossil flesh in Geology , but I can .

Why don’t they get a PSYCHIC on the case?

  20. Karl McCleve on August 5, 2022 at 7:44 am

I was born and raised in Arizona. And I love hiking we had a group that used to hike every month and we spent most of our time in the winter months on the western end of the superstitions …only once or twice did I find any geological proof that there might be gold. There used to be aresta for grinding gold ore on this end of the supers but it’s gone now …the forest service destroyed it many years ago. They also destroyed the old Reavis Ranch House. Such a shame.
This video talks about the possibility of the old mine being on the East End of the supers. Unfortunately I’m almost 70 years old and not able to hike like I used to. Many years ago, Bob Corbin was our state’s Attorney General he had a great interest in the mine did a lot of research. I do believe he thought it existed. In one of his writings he showed of cigarette holder that had gold and quartz laid into it. He never said he knew the owner but I knew he knew him…. when the gold was analyzed it was found to be from a mine that had never been recorded. From what I understand gold is like a fingerprint each specimen has a history to tell.

Something that Huge will not and should not be Divulged.I would have pictures of said Gold But never the Location.

I wonder if theres still gold there today?

  25. jeffrey wolf on August 5, 2022 at 7:52 am

This was found hundreds of years ago by the pioneers that actually roamed the Earth long before we did. You’d be naive to think much different.

  26. White Lama Health on August 5, 2022 at 7:53 am

That money belongs to the Gallardo family. Their great grand father was murdered over it. Left the children destitute. I’ll be following up soon personally. The curse is very real and I’m.coming for you.

  27. indomable Resendiz on August 5, 2022 at 7:54 am

The Dutch Man killed the Peralta Brothers original owners of the Mine, they were kind enough to inviting him to prospect with them showing him the mine but he got hold fever killing the brothers shooting them point blank and taking over the mine, he was just and scum Bag that’s all.

  28. Rusty Smith on August 5, 2022 at 7:54 am

Im thinking; with all the doubt, wonder, fibs, misdirection and misconception; the mountains are mis- named and should be called " The Suspicions." Or maybe, Super suspicions.

  29. Ben Johnson on August 5, 2022 at 7:55 am

there is no gold in that area, just a story that’s it.

  30. R Slama on August 5, 2022 at 7:56 am

Allegedly, the lost Dutchman mine has recently been found. Unfortunately I didn’t discover it.

  31. Karl McCleve on August 5, 2022 at 7:56 am

The lady in the film showing attending to Jacob Waltz was a black lady who had befriended Jacob and he was living at her home when he passed away. Legend has it that there was a lot of gold under his bed. She spent a long time in the supers looking for Jacobs mine and it seems that she’s spent a lot of time looking around Weavers Needle. ….she never found anything. The group she was with actually used ropes and scaled Weavers Needle

  32. Anthony Golden on August 5, 2022 at 7:56 am

Yeah this show is definitely been a bummer And if you do any research on a lot of the stuff that they’re looking into getting into it’s almost like they’re trying to Create a diversion
