The stories are kind of like an advance on any treasure that may be found and they sometimes are all the treasure there is. You never know until you look 😁

The actual treasure they seek are views and likes. But they won’t tell you that.

So the the necklace had some crystal on it that was the key to getting that treasure with the unsolved cryptid message. And that is the only hint I am going to give about that treasure. I might help the person with the necklace (if it still exists) for half of the treasure, though.

I’ve recently read a couple of books about Oak Island as part of my rabbit hole dive into pirate history and I gotta say I’m bummed at how a lot of this information is presented. Some of these bits of pirate trivia are either untrue or just thought to be apocryphal. I expected better of this program after reading Randall Sullivan’s books.

Watched the very first season with my dad. All they found was a button. Wish I had spent all those hours watching something else. Can’t believe they are still doing this show.

I feel like using sonar to try and find 400 to 500 year old treasure in a swamp, specifically looking for a wooden wagon that most likely isn’t even intact anymore, is not the greatest method of searching for this Black Beard treasure. A magnetometer would’ve made much more sense, considering the metals are what you’re ultimately looking for, and would probably be perfectly preserved

Did you know not a single ounce of buried pirate treasure has ever been certifiably found dug up and worth anything? Not once has any buried treasure, ever been found and yet look at these suckers, spend their life looking for some. These people are worse than the ones who believe in Bigfoot or think the Earth is flat.

  32. @johnkraemer839 on December 17, 2023 at 10:03 am

Almost All treasure has been stolen so fingers keepers should apply to all
No one can really prove on most of it belonged to a late family member
    Even confederate gold
Most was stole from the people by the government
The government robs people still to this day
