BURIED TREASURE IN YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS MOHAVE COUNTY ARIZONA
BURIED TREASURE IN YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS MOHAVE COUNTY ARIZONA
Today’s Treasure Tale takes us to Mohave County Arizona for the story of a stagecoach robbery of Gold that was never recovered.
Clack Canyon is a short cut locals use to go downtown where I live
Great story ๐
$72,000/20= 3600 $20 gold pieces = 3600 troy ounces of gold. 1 lb avdp = 14.583 troy ounces 3600/14.583 = 247 lbs of gold + the weight of the box. How did they transport the strongbox? Too much weight to put on one side of a horse. I’d be willing to bet if it’s there, it’s a whole lot less than 3600 double eagles.
Cool story ๐๐ there is another we’re the gold bars or ingots from a nearby mine were stolen. The Thief loaded it onto a Buckboard wagon then got washed out Crossing one of the Creeks behind Mayer, I have dredge around there never found anything. But some were something is waiting to be found. And probably just feet from a place that people drive and walk near all the time ๐ฎ

Hey man. Tyvm for the sub. I returned the favor.
Found your channel from a Google search of Lost Treasure stories in an area I bought an off grid parcel. Very interesting, loved your editing as well. I also watched your "In Loving Memory " video for your mom. I know it’s been a while but I can say I feel your loss, lost mine last year. You have years of wonderful stories, metal detecting and camping videos. I will return and watch more sometime. Thank you for your great stories๐๐
