In most cases around here, the big ones like that are deep enough you won’t have to worry about finding it with the average tillage tool. But there is that occasional rock that works it’s way up through the ground over the years…and when you least expect it, says….GOTCHA!!! Those are the ones that get dug up and put at the end of the driveway with a farm name engraved on it……right beside the scratch marks that the ripper left on it when ya found it.

One thing we don’t have any of is rocks. People like to put those sized boulders in their lawns here. Earl May sells them for stupid prices.
