I’m currently working with VICE on a video about the false missile alert in Hawaii from January 2018 to show viewers what it was like to experience this event firsthand. The project we’re working on will be composed entirely of video shot by those who were there during the incident. In my research for the piece I came across your video and would like to include the footage in our project.
Did you create this material (i.e. do you own the copyright)? If so, do we have your permission to use it in a story we are producing and the promotion thereof? Our story may appear on TV, cable, online, social media, or other forms of media including third party channels.
