Central Cascades, Gold Prospecting Near Portland Oregon. Gold-N-Sand and Gold Slinger.

Welcome, on this adventure I go gold prospecting near Portland Oregon in the Central Cascades. My goal is to break apart shallow bedrock for chunky gold. I use the Gold-N-Sand which is hand operated to clean out the cracks. I also use the Gold Slinger Classifier Bucket to classify the overburden. After all of that I run the gravel through my sluice to retrieve the gold. Follow along for the adventure.

Just found your channel while looking for other videos on the Gold and Sand hand dredge. Great video. I do have a question about the gloves you were using. Where did you purchase them. They look very flexible. All the gloves I’ve found are so bulky and clumsy.
