That is an awesome button Dave dug, and nice Coppers. Nice find on that cabin site a good bonus on the way to the main site!
Great hunt Todd, love the hand guard.
Just unreal. I have gotten worse than a kid waiting on Christmas with my looking forward to the your vids. Many years I have been at it, and the number of large coppers you guys get just blows my mind. Says a lot about your research and dedication. Someday, maybe, just maybe, I will get to take a trip to New England. Love my good ole Tennessee hunting though. Well anyway, with what little time I get, I am torn between deer hunting and detecting this time of year. Maybe a bit of both. Congrats on some killer finds and HH.
Awesome finds there guys.Love the Matron and other big coppers. Was that one a state copper or a King George? GL & HH
What’s the button worth…I just dugg 16 large cents ….1783 constellation coin…..23 buttons 2 dandy’s….puter .. lead….. every hole I dug was coin or button….lol using whites idx pro….blackmsx 950 head….it’s sweet….
please tell me you guys reported these items to the rhode island historical society or the state archives?? the naval button and guard might be important for their records
Another awesome one, Todd. Did you get a date off that 1/2 reale? I didn’t catch that in the vid. Nice finds!
-Mr. Digger
another well done video partner!
im in ri i found a couple of those reales there rare but out there good hunt guys
Great finds Todd, amazing history there! What a bonus stumbling upon that cabin site, sure they are much more difficult to find than home sites?
Thanks for the adventure!
Always enjoy your videos and you do a super job on the recovery’s. I especially love the early military navy button AWESOME find!!! I assume lost by a War of 1812 veteran who lived on the site. I can relate to a lot of relics you guys dig…awesome and keep up the great videos!
Great video guys! Congrats on all the awesome finds!
You have some great videos. It must be a thrill to be the next person to touch the historic treasures since they were dropped in colonial times. It is nice to see that you are not in it for the money, your love and reverence of history shows in your videos. I used to live on the Redding – Bethel line in Connecticut, close to Putnam Park. My neighbor back then was tilling his garden and came up with a revolutionary bugle. I wish I was into metal detecting back then. I have since moved to MN, were you can find plenty of horse shoes and not much else.
Old coins! Very nice video man!
Awesome hunt!! Love the cloak clasp and everything else. Thanks for sharing!
You guys find some great spots with killer relics. I’m always happy to see when you post a video. Kudos on the fantastic digs, the Naval button is a beauty.
This video is not representative of Rhode Island finds! The whole state has been hunted out! Nothing good here at all! Please stay away! LOL! Great mix of relics and coins, by the way! HH
