EXPLORER SEARCHES FOR LOST SUNKEN STAGECOACH! ALABAMA LEGEND/FOLKLORE QUICK SAND???

EXPLORER SEARCHES FOR SUNKEN STAGECOACH:

Searching for a local legend! A stagecoach that supposedly sunk in quick sand has caught my interest! I decide to go out and hunt for this local legend and do a quick exploration adventure! Alabama history! This could possibly be a future metal detecting site. I should have brought my metal detector but decided to explore the site by eye first. Tons of Alabama wildlife!

Years ago, I was at the Navy School of Photography in Pensacola. One assignment was to make a video and do a bunch of editing. Anyway two of the guys hunkered down behind a tree and got tore up by chiggers. I think they ended up putting nail polish on the sores which made the little demons suffocate. They were severely “bugged” for 4-5 days. 🙋🏻‍♂️

  20. Patti Messenger on August 5, 2022 at 7:39 am

There is an insect repellant that goes on your clothes, not your skin. It lasts for up to six weeks, even through washings. It is made by Sawyer, and it is in a big yellow and black can or plastic spray bottle, and it is sold wherever you buy insect repellant. I usually buy mine in the sporting goods section at Walmart.

I’m pretty certain that the YES votes are probably what you had anticipated. ☺👍
Do y’all not have racers (snakes) in your state? They are also black as coal, shiny and skinny. That snake looked to be pretty long also 😳

  25. Sandy Lipscomb on August 5, 2022 at 7:46 am

    Go for it‼️‼️‼️

  28. Myq wood on August 5, 2022 at 7:50 am

Very late, but chiggers don’t burrow into your skin. Instead, their mouth bites and they inject their saliva that digests your skin cells for food. They are relatively harmless. They don’t lay eggs on or in you either. They just eat digested skin cells and that irritates your body which causes the bumps and itchiness.

  29. Southern Man on August 5, 2022 at 7:50 am

I go in the woods during the winter time but not in the summer. When I was younger it didn’t bother me.

  30. Zack Harrison on August 5, 2022 at 7:50 am
