This is one of the best ones you made. I will try them as well. I can go fancy restaurants making great food. But in this one, you covered hidden ones. I want to support small businesses when I am in Oahu Hope you had a good trip in WA!

According to Google Maps, Deans Drive Inn appears to be closed 😢. Anyone able to confirm that at all?

KJs chicken is good for the price. They gave 4 pieces in their plat but it is a little salty for my taste. I like Ray’s in Kalihi which is more known for their prime rib and crab legs, but they serve fried chicken as well which is just as crispy and tasty and not as salty in comparison. Sad that Dean’s Drive in closed in 2022..
KJ’s is my personal favorite chicken plate lunch spot on the entire island. Yessahhh.

Lmao me and my family live literally next door to that park you guys were eating at. Small world, sadly I heard deans drive inn is closing July 10th. Assuming they couldn’t keep up with inflation and stuff
I looked up Dean’s for my trip to Kaneohe in 2023…the site says it’s Permanently closed…
KJ fried chicken is sooooo good. Call your order in. It takes 15 minutes.
Sugoi’s is very garlicky.
