Freediving for scallops in Alaska – Kimi Werner – Spearfishing – Recipe – Catch and Cook
Kimi Werner has a dream come true when she goes freediving for scallops for the very first time. This underwater treasure hunt comes with a few challenges and a whole lot of beauty! So much beauty, that it is celebrated with a date night on the old dock, cooking up fresh scallops for the first time. But the true magic of this episode is the tribute to Buddy and nature and the time they spent together in Alaska!

Im touched to this video❤❤❤😘😘😘
So beautifuly said what a gift to ur baby boy. You are so blessed to have eachother. So special 💕
I loved your entire video until the end. We are a state of resources and renewable resources. This whole video presented that. Things can be done responsibly just like in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and in this video. The Tongass forest is vast and only a small portion can be logged. Loosen up. Ranchers, loggers, fishermen, etc all enjoy nature too. BC has been logging for centuries and it’s still a massive and beautiful landscape. And the logging culture is not a bad one. It’s part of the rustic charm of the people of that province. They are hardy souls with a job that is a lifestyle of joy of working in nature.
I like how you’re not shame to show the minor parenting mistakes, Buddy will crack up when he’s older! Letter signed and sent, thanks for sharing 🙂
Awesome experience and adventure with baby! I’m fascinated! Beautiful nature!
Omg the ending about Buddy was absolutely touching, my heart welled up and I just cried. Yes, I could definitely feel the love as well. ❤️
Way overcooked
You guys make an awesome team! Thanks for sharing!
Biggest scallop ive ever seen💖 Looks super😋😋
Hopefully all of Trump’s destructive and shortsighted policies are being overturned now, the GOPq are an incredibly greedy bunch of monsters, surprised Alaskans support the GOPq
Where did you stay Kimi? Id like to do a similar trip, everything you have done while in AK was amazing!
Buddy is one special little dude to have parents like you, Your words were so touching and true <3
Kia Ora ✌🏼🥰
Third time watching. I like when she says she likes to take big bites. Now I know where Buddy gets it from
The economy is collapsing and logging is a renewable resource that creates well paying jobs.
The tourist industry is going to be dead in Alaska for the next decade from the lack of fish and covid put the nail in it.
Log it or watch it all burn.
Log it or watch towns die.
I grew up in Hawaii and miss it all the time. I haven’t been back in years, but it holds a special place in my heart. I love watching your videos, I love seeing your love for the land, wherever you go. You have a beautiful family and I think it’s so amazing that you are including buddy in all you are doing. I was in tears at the end of this video. Lots of love to you all! ❤️
