  10. @doubledanzaXX on April 4, 2024 at 11:48 am

he says it tastes like exaggerated flavor like canned pineapple. Canned pineapple is trash.

I picked and planted pine apple on Maui in 1977 they would spray the plants with chemicals to make them ripen faster it was very hard just to take the crown off you had to pick on a moving conveyor moved by a large conveying tractor it would push a truck where the pineapples would Dump into. The plantations are not as big anymore but now from all the spraying they contaminated there under ground water sources sad😞

Hawaii Pineapple farms also are great at paying their workers well too. Sadly Dole grows the majority of their pineapples in countries where they can exploit the people for cheap labor.

I would go cray cray 😝 out there! Pineapple 🍍 = good vibes 😎!!!!!!!

  14. @MaxLib on April 4, 2024 at 11:54 am

Pineapples are good. Hunter strikes me as a whiny privileged moron that should maybe buy a pair of decent work boots.

  18. @byggdaddyjayz on April 4, 2024 at 11:57 am

people need to remember the pineapple is not a native plant to Hawaii. it was not on the canoes with ancient Hawaiians as they migrated to the islands. it was brought in as a commercial crop by Sanford Dole and his friends. and only through heavy advertisement, pineapple has be associated with Hawaii. so any dishes with pineapples are not a truly a Hawaiian dish. never has, never been. sorry.

  19. @ruthweigh5507 on April 4, 2024 at 11:58 am

Mouth watered involuntarily when they were snacking on the pineapple in the field. Oh my goodness it looks so yummy πŸ˜‹

  33. @junwill703 on April 4, 2024 at 12:12 pm

Fun fact: pineapples are actually indigenous to south Brasil and Uruguay, but commercialized in Hawaii!

  34. @DymondzTrucking1962 on April 4, 2024 at 12:13 pm

They grow the best pineapples I ate a lot of those when I was over in Hawaii

  35. @christaverduren690 on April 4, 2024 at 12:16 pm

This was fun and informative…and I’m allergic to pineapple, raw at any rate. Cooking it kills the enzymes (protein tenderizers lol) that make my throat close up and my tongue swell, so I can still enjoy it, just canned.

  36. @richardleoni4770 on April 4, 2024 at 12:16 pm
