    I love to hear a story like this one. Made my day! My husband once was snorkeling at Queen’s beach Waikiki and money came floating toward him. He has never spent it. It’s his good luck charm. Also, our friend found a solid silver large bracelet just off the end of the jetty. I found a half completed tahitian uke. It took 2 of us to retrieve it, but we have it in our living room as we can’t find anyone who can finish building it, I think it fell of a boat. We met a couple on the bus to Hanauma Bay who had a metal detector and a sad tale. She lost his mother’s diamond wedding set in the "toilet bowl". I don’t know if they found it, but we advised them to leave it home if they did. Home on the mainland, that is. You can buy a lab made diamond that is about
    $100 or less, so if you lose it, no biggie. Thanks for the terrific and fun story.

    Not surprising. Crazy stuff gets lost in deserts and seas. There was a Europa Union passport left behind in California desert.
