Pop’s here. Tell me you rinse as much of the mud out of those bottles as you can.
She’s never letting you shave off that tash Brandon π I bet she’s throwing hutches she finds into the bushes π
Haha on the insulator! My husband and I have a joke as to who can spot the 1st insulator when we go antiquing. Also we are happy to see the mustache still survives!
Good Video Look Forward To Seeing More
Really like the milk bottle with the embossing. The Dr.Pepper was cool too. I think you guys did alright.

That Bessemer bottling works is a crier. Good thing you saved it before it was reduced to shards.
As always you take us along on another adventure π
I live in Alabama and our place has a old plantation on it from the 1800s if u ever want to I’d be glad to let u go metal detecting on it I have and have found a lot of stuff on it from pre-civilwar
What a beautiful hutch bottle- love the really thick glass!
I really enjoy going back to spots I havenβt been in for quite sometime, they seem to have a way of showing you something new.
Big fan and love the creek walking. Iβm gonna have to start trying that around my new area. Did you mention muriatic acid as a way you clean your bottles? Iβve been trying to find a way to clean off algae or other dirt buildup, that can be 130+ years old. Thanks and keep em coming! Happy hunting

My almost 7-year-old was sleeping in the bed with me and said, βletβs watch 1 episode of the guy who walks in creeks, and then Iβll go to my side.β π
If you aren’t wearing polarized shades I’d get some……for your wife too.
That bottle at 8:37 is what we called a keg beer bottle in Australia around the 70’s
Very cool that you can spend quality time walking the creek with that special one in your life! Thanks for posting!MMc

I am not an expert. but I know some Coke drinkers who would die for a 1956 coke bottle if it was the year they graduated! Just a thought, I don’t even know if it would be worth your time and effort, but ’56 seem old to me!
Love your video’s always great adventure πππππ
I haven’;t viewed one of your vids in awhile. I totally enjoyed it as always.

Watch out for the danger noodles!
I think you and your wife had quite a successful day. I think Miranda has the bottle bug as bad as you. So happy you can do it together. Take care the both of you. β

man, that hutch glass is so thick! they made stuff to last back then. I wonder what treasure hunters will find in our garbage in 100 years. a bunch of old cell phones I would guess!
Probably a lot of things wash up after rains.
Cut a piece of the lip of the hutch and fix the other hutch you found last week just a thought
By removing the modern bottles, you are ruining thr treasure of someone searching 100 years from now!
Just a joke. Better to remove glass to prevent injury. And save for future peeps if you want to, or recycle, to make the remainder even more rare for future folks.
Yea those bottles will be close to 80 or 100 years old to our children and grand babies hard to imagine
Just wondering where y’all are with the new design bottle tumbler you were experimenting with ?
