Hondo used to have big fat nuggets, until a mine was opened up. Toby if you feel like looking for the mine, we’ll do a 50/50 split? I have the info on it, but I’m in Texas, and can’t go looking.

Stumbled upon this video while searching for "gold prospecting New Mexico" and, lo and behold, it’s Toby searching for ‘another’ type of treasure. Not much gold here in Oklahoma but metal detected around Orogrande, NM this past January. Will be in the Santa Fe area for a couple weeks in Sept. Have done some stream panning in S. Colorado but haven’t tried dry panning (washing). Been binge watching some of your videos and think I’ll give it a try. Just became a new subscriber and thanks for the informative videos.
