I agree – I think the postings are creepy and sounds like the killer did those posts.
Just because he’s been up that road 12 times it doesn’t make him more likely to have killed than people who have been there every day or those that live there , slow your mind and try and grasp hold of that point .
I’m not saying he had no involvement but this was done by someone closer to home .
Imagine a scenario where one of the girls stabs another and then wounds one that are trying to stop them , then the other 2 realise what’s going on and are going to get the cops involved , the others are then killed to stop the truth getting to the cops , then 8 hours of messing with the crime scene .

Then said there is someone in inside. They never really mention if it was a male or female saying. I know I never pick up Uber eats until a few minutes later after delivery. I just think he would want to get it instead of sending his girlfriend downstairs etc. And then encountered the killer thus scuffle maybe Ethan walks back to room to warn xana or he could have stabbed him and he made it back to Xana’s room. I wonder if Brian ever had any contact with Elliott. In my mind, if the PapaRodger is Brian, use of Papa would normally designate an authority over a younger, correct? Just a thought because it seems like Brian, or chatroom person, was almost bragging. Definitely wanted to be seen the smartest person in the room. But how can one be recognized for their brilliance if no one ever knows who you are? So then, if he was driven by a need to be seen as so superior, or even powerful, he would have to be caught. Yes, Pappa Rodger is Brian Kohberger. The motive is typical Incel BS, rejection by women, etc. Clearly Rodger knows WAY too much about the crime to be a casual observer. But also I believe your observation of Rodger as a didactic, a teacher, earmarks him as Kohberger. He couldn’t go outside his role as a professor when commenting about the crime.

I think that the motive May be that at some point pre murder he had been stalking kayleigh (as I also think she was the main target) and he targeted her because of some sort of rejection so became infatuated with her and anger and rage took over and a need for satisfaction and revenge for the rejection took over she may have incountered him previously on multiple occasions and yes the motive may well be rejection maybe she laughed at him and said something to hurt his very fragil ego and his hatred towards woman took over …
With the new info out about the order of the killings maybe Xana heard something when she retrieved her doordash and said, "Someone is here." to Ethan and was crying and afraid. Ethan might have been the one to say said "I’ll help you" and steps out into the hallway and is murdered.

I think he went on Reddit and other sites so he could talk talk talk about what he did. Don’t they say serial killers want to relive their murders over and over. It was a way to revel in it and gloat. I still do not see how anyone could kill that many people in such a short period of time. This man is a psychopath. I just don’t understand AT ALL why anyone would see a man in their home and then close their bedroom door, lock the door, and NOT call 911 right away?? Didn’t she fall asleep after seeing a man leave her house? How do you just go to sleep?!

Yes, I believe Pappa Rodger is BK. Not a shred of doubt in my mind. I believe that several girls in the house knew BK. The neighbors audio tape has M and K saying, “It’s probably Bryan”. There’s a connection that we don’t yet know about. I believe LE knows this connection.

I wonder if the victims had Alexa in the room? I have two Alexa’s and both pick up movement in the room and record that movement. It is sometimes used as an alarm or as a monitoring device. As to the thump heard from the room, I suspect that was a collision against the wall and not the floor. That was a house constructed for student living and the walls do not appear to be well built. Apparently the noise was even picked up on a nearby recording device. Either the killer had a run in with an upright Ethan or Xana. Ethan would have been more of a struggle so he probably caught him off guard on the bed. Xana probably entered the room, encountered the killer and was then thrown against the wall and killed. Presumably she tried to defend herself and had defensive wounds. After the hand to hand with Xana the killer had to get out of there fast. In order to see the killer clearly enough to make the identification that was made, there had to be a light source. I presume there was at least a night light, possibly a kitchen light, perhaps a PC, phone or TV. If you are up and about at 4 a.m. accepting a food order, you don’t do that in the dark. If you are heading back to the bedroom, with or without food, you don’t do that in the dark either. RIP
If I were the family’s…I would ask for a change of venue,the judge has behaved badly!
And NOW the truth has come out that it was one of their friends who came in and found Ethan, felt for a pulse,

I have always thought he hit on one of the girls. She rejected him and he could not take it. He bragged to someone I hear that he could go into town and get any woman.
The motive was revenge. He was told he was fired from the university 4 days before the murders. The reason he was fired was nostly because the female students complained that he graded them harder than the guys and he was very misogynistic, which was a big part of him losing his job. He was done. As a teaching assistant he got free apartment, money and help on his tuition. It was all gone and he blamed women. Kaylee was the one who rejected him when he reached out to her on DMs. She would not respond. He got his official letter of termination at the end of December. He knew he wasnt going back to Washington College when he came home for the holidays.
I thought perhaps he needed his dad to help load furniture and he or his Dad would drive moving van and the other would drive his car. I think Bryan thought police knew too much and didnt want to throw up an additional red flad, so he just drove home to PA. He had no where else to go.. 1:04:47
