These stories are so amazing. It makes me want to just drop everything give up the 9-5 life and go exploring for our lost history. Maybe when my daughter is older I can convince her to go treasure hunting with me one day.

Just gonna take a stab at it and go out on a limb here guessing that some how , mysteriously none of these places have ever been revisited by him, photographed, or nobody else has had the fortune of coming across them either!?!? Look im in to the lore of treasure hunting adventures as much as the next guy…. but the second a curse or "I’ll never go back there and I’ll never direct anyone to it" type deal is mentioned?? I’m out! Human nature is to be beyond excited to show others that we’ve seen something nobody else has etc… exactly why I don’t buy the bear hole wooden door story!! If someone actually came across these things, they wouldn’t be able to think of anything else, let alone go along about their days never having gone back and seeing whats behind the door, or sharing in the discovery of these incredible ancient stone chairs etc… I wish I was naive enough to believe it, and I try too. But it’s just too hard when every bs redflag isn’t only popping up, it’s beating u over then head when listening to stories like this one!
