Through the years I’ve read countless old treasure stories. This one was one I chose as a possible one that at least had a starting point. I visited the area 4 years ago and located some of the landmarks. Unfortunately I suffered an attack, not by Apaches, but by gout! Worst ever! Lol. I was rendered helpless and ran out of time. I plan to return one day, possibly this coming winter.
