Non-gambler here. What do the numbers on the Ramen Noodle Express mean? Is he saying, bet that BYU is going to beat Kansas State by 7.5? Or take the bet that BYU is going to *lose* to Kansas State by 7.5? Or just that they will cover the spread?

  2. @kylemorman7284 on September 20, 2024 at 6:12 pm

6 games under .500, what are you… Billy Napier?

  3. @mathewcarter6359 on September 20, 2024 at 6:12 pm

The game has been trending softer for years. What is everyone expecting? Speak out. Non football folks can’t keeping having such influence.

  4. @StephenYuhasz on September 20, 2024 at 6:14 pm

So the same crew that officiated LSU/South Carolina also officiated Bama/Tennessee in 2022??

    Color me surprised.

  5. @GeorgiaNole on September 20, 2024 at 6:16 pm

Everyone please say a prayer for Florida State 🙏🏼

  6. @jspiderflash5167 on September 20, 2024 at 6:16 pm

Florida needs to get Dan Lanning FR

  7. @jacobringenwald on September 20, 2024 at 6:17 pm

I think you’re spot on about the officiating

The officials need their own press conferences where they can get pressed by the media on these calls

  8. @benfontenot9896 on September 20, 2024 at 6:17 pm

To be fair, LSU got called for a blind side block on big punt return and that GN block looked very similar.

  9. @Leathal_Gaming on September 20, 2024 at 6:17 pm

Men of Character are men. Dealing with success is easy and should end with handshake not with I got you. I raise my son to play and respond with respect even if the other team is talking crap. You only make yourself look bad when you are petty.

  10. @johnfontenot3275 on September 20, 2024 at 6:23 pm

The hit on Nuss is a blind side block. If they were both facing the other way, it would have been fine. You haven’t been allowed to block that way for years. It works the same as on kick returns. Idk why we have to explain this…

By far my fav college football show just discovered Josh this year

  12. @davidk7212 on September 20, 2024 at 6:23 pm

Josh is a rabid Georgia homer and he does a very poor job hiding it.

  13. @cfjaredbrown on September 20, 2024 at 6:24 pm

Josh, how do you not mention the Boston College @ Mizzou game? Literally the only Saturday game featuring ranked opponents.

  14. @jspiderflash5167 on September 20, 2024 at 6:28 pm

Josh, that Georgia hit would’ve been flagged in the NFL, because he put his body weight on him

  15. @patrickmaxedon on September 20, 2024 at 6:29 pm

May not have made a difference, but nobody is really talking about Kentucky having tenured dawgs on both sides of the ball that know them front to back to help prepare

  16. @drewstein5403 on September 20, 2024 at 6:29 pm

Pate is 100% right on the officiating, specifically in regards to calls being made to crews on Friday. Great stuff by JP on this 👍🏻

  17. @Grimm-UGA on September 20, 2024 at 6:32 pm

South carolina was robbed. GO DAWGS

  18. @txsportsfreak02 on September 20, 2024 at 6:32 pm

I’m disappointed that tcu lost that game. But as always go frogs!

  19. @nah3193 on September 20, 2024 at 6:36 pm

Holding and pass interference are 10x more influential than roughing the passer

  20. @Chief_Reux on September 20, 2024 at 6:37 pm

LSU won because of officiating 💯

  26. @sc100ott on September 20, 2024 at 6:41 pm

Yes. Officiating has been very questionable in the games I’ve watched so far. My team hasn’t lost a game because of a bad call, but there are a lot of MAJOR impact calls going both ways where I’m left scratching my head.

—I’m really not sure how a player is supposed to cleanly hit any QB anymore. When a QB runs and a defender goes for a nice low tackle, but the QB starts a slide AFTER the defender has already committed, especially when the QB’s head falls to the level of the tacklers helmet. And so a safe, textbook, tackling approach results in a targeting ejection, or at least a “late hit”.
—A pass rusher reaches out at the QB’s throwing arm trying to block a pass or strip-sack, but the defender’s arm gets deflected, and lightly brushes the side of the QB’s helmet, and that’s a personal foul roughing the passer.
—A sideline tackle where contact is initiated when BOTH players are inbounds, and there’s no extra force other than the initial impact, and it’s 15 yards.
—A tackle where the defender’s arm grabs the runner’s shoulder pad under the armpit area, spinning the runner down, and its called a “Horse-collar”.
—As Pat Narduzzi (very appropriately) once lamented— “Unnecessary Roughness??? Football is 60 minutes of Unnecessary Roughness.”

  27. @augabachoo on September 20, 2024 at 6:42 pm

Well, your explanation on officiating doesn’t consider Arkansas vs OSU the week before. Gundy asked SEC officials about whether something was a penalty or not, was told it was good, and then was flagged for it. His ask for everyone to get into the same room and decide these things is needed.

  28. @greg5451 on September 20, 2024 at 6:43 pm

FSU is an example of what happens when you let quitter culture take root in your program.

  29. @trx477er on September 20, 2024 at 6:44 pm

1:00:27 Fully agree that officiating was bad. And is progressively getting worse. Has been over the last few years. College Basketball is the same way, very poor calls all over, or blatantly obvious calls missed.

  30. @beersmoker4444 on September 20, 2024 at 6:44 pm

I was watching UCF comeback against TCU, such a great game. Also Florida Must fire Scott Stricklin.

Interesting take on Sanders choosing not to shake hands. That maybe chapter 2, but was chapter one really that disrespectful? Bulletin board material? Sure. The csu qb is basically giving Sanders respect because he did more without any followers. Others have been blasted for bad sportsmanship.

I’m an OU fan. We missed pretty badly on a couple of transfer OL who play like they don’t care a whole lot for playing football. Evaluating portal guys can be really, really tough.

  37. @christianhinkel8679 on September 20, 2024 at 6:53 pm

I was watching this show the other day in the living room and my fiance walks in and goes, “Oh is this the guy with the cup?”

    …it’s a chalice, babe. 🙄

In the models defense there were a ton of bad beats yesterday

  40. @joshturner2834 on September 20, 2024 at 6:56 pm

    Officiating is controlled by Vegas.

  41. @cliffhill2495 on September 20, 2024 at 6:57 pm

Agree w you on the officiating as a whole, but The FL play was targeting. Dont have to hit the head of the opposing player for targeting to be called. He led w the crown of his helmet.

  42. @corvoshlorpe3849 on September 20, 2024 at 6:59 pm

You talk about winners first unless it’s AU vs Arky last year then you just ignore the winner all together.

  43. @samuel_heinz2649 on September 20, 2024 at 7:01 pm

Georgia has bad culture, these traffic violation problems are still not fixed. You can have a bad culture and still have enough talent to win. Kirby, for all the money and recruiting he does not care about anything but winning and the players he has on the field. No zero tolerance policy? How about a zero tolerance policy for speeding over 100 mph in a zone that is 40 mph? That’s not a traffic violation, that’s attempted manslaughter. These are different things. When something happens over 20 x that is a problem, it’s a cultural issue.

Napiers coach speak fooled you 🤣

  46. @majorwootton9130 on September 20, 2024 at 7:02 pm

That’s not what I said about the zero tolerance policy. I said once they are enrolled, before they ever leave campus to go home, lay down the law, give them the warning then. If they choose not to adhere to it after that, goodbye. For all the speeding tickets, arrests, drunk driving that goes on down there, nut up and tell them it’s not acceptable in any form. It’s gotta be bigger than football.

  47. @TB4Jesus247 on September 20, 2024 at 7:04 pm

The Carolina block on the LSU QB was a blindside block

  48. @jeremykropf9487 on September 20, 2024 at 7:08 pm

All those hits were more or less text book. The one in the Oregon game gave the beavs an extra shot at a td which they got. Or it could have been 49 to 10 at best. But at the time it made it a one score game going to the half. Thank God my ducks showed up and played dam near flawless

  49. @isaacvanwart-i2v on September 20, 2024 at 7:09 pm

I CANNOT tell you how difficult it is to listen to this without simply exploding with anger. STOP the “LSU-Nussmeier-stood up” bullshit. At some point, SOMEONE must be wholly honest with the cheating in this fast-imploding sport.

Don’t pretend we don’t know that outcome absent the cheating by the officials. We KNOW it’s, at worst, 47-36 (14 points stolen from SC—YES, Nussmeier was a ******* dog with 3 ints). So interested we don’t know.

But it’s way bigger than one game. How is it that no one seems bothered by the Michigan cheating scandal upon which EVERY win (and BIG championships and one NC) for three years was built. You, Klatt, and every NCAA entertainer like you ALWAYS say that Ryan Day lost 3 straight to UM. You say they won the NC. THEY DID NOT WIN ANYTHING. They cheated their way to wins and titles.

If you and people like you don’t stand up and scream from the mountain tops that the UBIQUITOUS cheating in NCAA football, then there’s little hope for the game. If Michigan’s wins and titles are not vacated, and if the cheating that resulted in the South Carolina outcome is not called out and corrected, then you are telling us to shut up, bend over, and take whatever the big money boys want to do with you.

WAKE UP and tell the ******* truth.

  50. @shaun600 on September 20, 2024 at 7:09 pm

I think Bama game sustain drives it’s just no team has forced them to. There was a couple drives in the USF game and in this game but they missed the FG.
