Magnet Fishing in a Vermont Historic Mill District

Magnet Fishing in a Vermont Historic Mill District

My son and I Took the New Magnet to the Historic Mill District to see what we could find. We are using an 800lb double sided magnet today. Several Old Mill buildings surround the area. Even more were destroyed by flood and fire in the spot during the early nineteenth century. There is no telling what could be in the water here.

We have so many magnet fishing spots on our list. Many more videos to come. This is only the beginning. Join us on our Magnet Fishing Adventures.

I am thinking about buying a 400 lb magnet fishing set. Do you have any recommendations for any spot in Franklin County? Is any spot with a road bridge a potentially good spot?

I made this same mistake a coupla weeks ago, sadly floods take everything with them, and your best bet is to go farther down river where it opens up and/or slows down or drops off suddenly in depth if you wanna find that mill goodness.

You need a 2600 lb pull (1300 per side) if you’re gonna get anything in any industrial area.
