I wouldn’t tell anyone.$2000 is not a lot of money, but bills that was printed in the 30s should be checked on because they could be worth alot even one bill.CHECK THE DATES,CONDITION,SERIAL NUMBERS BEFORE TAKING IT TO A (Notaphily)paper money professional. Beware of some of them too

In 1934 gold was $35 an oz . Two thousand would be $96 900 today. But we’re taught to save cash in the bank. Two thousand today will fill your tank 20 times

  29. @MM-sq5pf on January 10, 2024 at 9:56 am

What’s astounding is that we’re reading about it

  30. @dontask8979 on January 10, 2024 at 9:58 am

$2K in 1934 cash and they give a value with inflation ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
    Its still only $2k๐Ÿคช
Its gone DOWN in value not up.

  31. @skyblue_2426 on January 10, 2024 at 10:00 am

Dude wanted that attention he ainโ€™t find nothing

  32. @maestrovso on January 10, 2024 at 10:02 am

This is why I never can keep cash around. I just spend them before they depreciate. ๐Ÿ˜ Money is a tool of life, use it or lose it. One could buy a decent new car then, and adjusted for inflation it would have been $44225 and one can buy a decent new car today too. And had he invested in stock or real estates the number would be staggering.

And the voiceover idiot of the video is screaming as if it is $2 million find. ๐Ÿ™„

  33. @takeisacrowder3391 on January 10, 2024 at 10:02 am

WOW..I thought I found money in my 1920s home but instead it was a rolled up news paper. MARK 1942 OR 1944 Front Page Korean war

  34. @jesseacewest on January 10, 2024 at 10:03 am

I waited to see the piles and piles of cash. ๐Ÿ™„

  35. @lily_is_awsome8453 on January 10, 2024 at 10:03 am

That newscaster was dumb right out loud. Lol it’s only worth 43k if it had sat in a bank and accrued interest this whole time. Some of those 1934 series are worth a little more than face value on the coin collectible market but likely not in the condition found in. If the guy wanted to spend the time and effort might get 2.5-3k if his luck was right with which mint printed. He doesn’t want to spend the cash because he wouldn’t be able to prove the story? The news clip wouldn’t be enough? Guarantee there a tweaker or three that would break into his house to try and find and dig up his yard looking for more ๐Ÿ˜†

  36. @mobetter25 on January 10, 2024 at 10:05 am

Now he gotta pay taxes on it

๐Ÿค”"AND PROBABLY DOESN’T NEED IT, BUT STILL FOUND IT!"….

  38. @mrc4912 on January 10, 2024 at 10:06 am

I love these stories. Near where I live, a couple was walking on their property when they saw a tin can barely sticking above the ground after a severe rainstorm. When they started digging, they found more cans and eventually, the total find was 117 GOLD coins, collectively worth 12+ MILLION.

  39. @kingstoneyblanco9925 on January 10, 2024 at 10:07 am

This kind of thing ALWAYS happens to rich a$$holes who say, "No. I’m not gonna spend it. I’m just gonna keep it to tell the story to broke ppl! And I’m not gonna look for more…. I just wanna finish my house….I dont need it."
Hit the Lotto for $250M? "Nah…Im not quitting my job. I’m gonna keep working and let it set in the bank with my other $500M I inherited. Piss off all my co-workers who live week to week and could actually USE it."

Ok, now that I shot my shade & had my rant, good for him…that’s what’s up.๐Ÿ˜

WELL THAT SURE LAST THING THAT YOU EVER DO IS TELL ANOTHER MOTHER FUCKER. YOU FIND LOVE SONGS OF CASH BURIED OBVIOUSLY IT’S BEEN THERE A LONG TIME NOBODY OWNS IT NOBODY’S CLAIMING IT NOBODY HAS IT IT TAKES IT YOURS SHUT UP WHY YOU GOT TO BLOW YOUR MOUTH

  42. @Jena4Rae on January 10, 2024 at 10:14 am

    Exactly

  43. @dougm2250 on January 10, 2024 at 10:14 am

Being the bills are folded and rolled they are anything but mint and pristine but they are still collectible.

  44. @isaacabadi4667 on January 10, 2024 at 10:15 am

I would say grade them but they arent such good shape sell them on ebay and see what u get!

  45. @badahbang1712 on January 10, 2024 at 10:15 am

It’s worth $43,000, it’s worth 2000 grand, they said that would be the equivalent of finding $43,000 today.

  46. @karenbarker6832 on January 10, 2024 at 10:17 am

Gosh congratulations!! How cool !! Iโ€™d be tearing down the house !! Lookin under there !

  47. @toniocavalari6936 on January 10, 2024 at 10:18 am

Aren’t the bills worth more due to their age ?
