Monstrous NYC Mobster & His $200m Fortune | Lost Treasure of Dutch Schultz
Monstrous NYC Mobster & His $200m Fortune | Lost Treasure of Dutch Schultz
In today’s episode, we will be uncovering the mystery of the Lost Treasure of Dutch Schultz. Dutch Schultz had a reputation for a white-hot temper and brutality, but in the end it was his loose lips and delirious deathbed ramblings that cemented his legend as a prolific mobster. Over a career of bootlegging, racketeering, extortion, robbery, tax evasion, gang warfare and more, Schultz was identified as Public Enemy No. 1 by President Hoover in 1933 after the fall of Chicago’s Al Capone. During his career, Schultz amassed a fortune worth over 200 million dollars, which has never been found. This mystery still drives modern-day treasure seekers to the Catskills in Phoenicia with shovels and a mission.

I have no doubt that he buried something somewhere..
That cheap f*ck never had anything near 200 million dollars. 🤣
Came from Unsolvable 😊
Try Bathgate avenue in Bronx NY
Brb just off to dust-off my metal detector.
Great video indeed
The paper money is probably rotted away by now. I can’t see the box still being airtight after all these years.
Whaaa? A member of the tribe who was tight with money? Shocking! 😆
Wiseguy leave my scratch alone !
Never enjoyed the illegal money…a big waste
Welcome back to your 2nd video! Thank you for this amazing story
Hoover may have believed himself to be President, but he was merely the head of the FBI. Another great story🎉
Thank you Unsolvable and TCR for the heads up on this channel! Just subscribed!
Some of the images you chose to use, like the craps table and the man with a gun being held to his head are distracting. They seem out of place and take away from the historic and mysterious atmosphere you otherwise create very well. Only an observation. Glad of the content. Nicely done.
Right in my neighbourhood. Need to go treasure hunting.
thought that was Ozil
Great video, thanks for sharing! I hope someone does eventually find it😮

The next video is here! This is a great story with plenty of legends about where the treasure may be hidden. Let me know your thoughts in the comments! Thanks
Love both of your videos so far – really interesting topic! The editing has really improved and a much longer video this week 🎉🥳 can’t wait for next week!
My grandfather knew the man and legs diamond as well .back in the bootlegging days wish I listened more closely when I was a kid to his stories I was all of 7 or 8 years old .
I just subscribed. Looking forward to hearing your next upload. You definitely have the script nailed, and the voice too.
There’s no way that an iron box could have been buried deep enough to be beyond the range of average quality metal detectors that have been available for many decades… It is also impossible for a heavy safe, full of money and bonds, to be carried by 2 men to an inaccessible place where treasure hunters with metal detectors couldn’t also access and — thoroughly — scour with those detectors…
So, either the treasure is a myth, or the reported burial areas are a myth.
TCR was right on, great channel. Subbed
I thought the hitmen who smoked Legs Diamond remained unknown.
