Amazing that you found two 1854 seated quarters in one hole! My oldest W Wash coin is an 1887 IHP so it’s nice to know there are older coins to be found. BTW $.50 in 1854 is relative to $16.60 today. Congratulations!

Congrats! I had a spill like that a couple years ago. The 1st coin was an 1876 quarter & then got an 1854 with arrows quarter! I didn’t even know it was a good one until I watched your video!

I would go back and sift that area down to about a foot… Seriously… Forget about pests, rats, spiders, cockroaches, ants, mites, bedbugs, leeches, coyotes, pigeons, etc… Go dig.
