Thanks guys very cool
Have you looked for this location on an old map? I would love to see a part two 😊
Could be Something British Soldiers built *(?)
I wonder if the complex was an old Shaker community?🤔
I think your right, that sounded like a bobcat. They are literally everywhere around my house. Which is why the rabbit population is depleted 😆
Don’t waste your time click bait
Vermont may have 2 Male MOANTAIN Lions..this has yet to be confirmed 100%
Did you swipe the creek? The little stream you crossed?
; )
Why don’t you talk about LAVA BUBBLE UNDER CENTRAL AND SOUTHern VT AND NH…this Would most likely Bring Mt.Ascutney Back to Life..Mt. Ascutney although Extinct *(?) Or so they say..Mt. Ascutney would be the Weakest Section of New England’s Crust…this would also Involve Ticonic in NY State..which was an Ancient Volcano 🌋
You got me at "spooky, creepy"!!! Vermont Stonehenge!
Any idea what you found out their?
I would love to know the history of this site.
Your not even giving the county makes it more difficult to speculate on these structures. In Orange County there were many copper mines in the late 1800’s where there were actual villages made for the miners to live in. Copper miners from Cornwall were brought over to build shafts and flues from drystone
Thank you !
Older than modern man. Old Indian structure. We have them in Virginia. The chief here in Virginia led the Indian nation for all Indians east of Mississippi. Their meeting lodges were huge much larger than you would imagine. Your site probable included meeting lodge for most of eastern Canada too.
Super into ancient stone structures of the northeast
This stuffs older then you think it is…
based on the size of that structure, it took plenty of people to build it and a significant amount of time. I am surprised there is no record somewhere. Reminds me of being a kid, we found a prefect stone staircase leading down the side of a hill, from nowhere to nowhere. Years later, I was looking at the land with a much older RE broker. He told me that it had been a "German Beer Garden", burned in the frenzy surrounding WWI.
COYWolves are BECOMING Previlant in Vermont..and have been Known to Attack Humans..beware. also it has been said that someone on Purpose Released 2 Wild 🐗Boars in Maine..probably escaped from Private Game Preserve
work site
thats where Bonnie and Clyde left the first kills
Mesmerizing, y’all. First time seeing your channel. Thanks for the tough camera resets on the way in, too.
The car & cairns were cool surprises. Dying to know about the history of the little rock village. Peace.
PS Best comment section to boot.
I’m surprised you guys didn’t swing the area?
I live in Derby, VT. Where is this?
It’s the America version of Ankor Wat. I wonder if it was military.
I pretty sure that the chigger has been there in past.
It looks extremely old! Deserted living spaces are always lonely.
Belas florestas !
Wow what a structure..that car!!Wow.
Ever find anything out about the car?
You should think about detecting that place sometime (not the grave area, the massive complex area)
It’s been some time since uploading this video. Have you ever been able to find out what type of structure those massive foundations were from? Very cool.
Looks like an old Celtic calendar site. Like America stone hedge in Salem New Hampshire.
At 4:12 that looks like a narrow gauge rail line blown through the rock. They built them through the woods to haul timber and ore out. sometimes you’ll find little timber or stone platforms sticking out along the sides for loading.
Great video!
The ruins looks like a very old Fort.
Did an army of the revolution winter over there and build a fort?
Theres no telling whats hid in those rock walls. Folks didnt believe in banks back then .
If you ever happen to make a calendar with pics of finds, and interesting stuff like cars, structures ….. I would buy it. My doctors office calendars suck.. lol Waving from the Oregon Cascades !!!
Carrie a firearm in the woods…357.. my choice.
Be safe not sorry.
Great video. I think the animal sound you heard was that of a coyote – they can make high-pitch screaming noises
Military Fort
Amazing site
There used to be moonshine run through Vermont at one time.
I’d say it looks like a manufactory of some sort? Maybe to do with Iron making? Furnace?
Keep this in mind ! Moantain Lions have been Known to Walk all the way from Wyoming and the Dakotas to New England on several occasions. These are MALES..NOT FEMALES!! THERE ARE AT LEAST 6 MOANTAIN LIONS EAST OF MICHIGAN..
Looks like it might have been a fort
welcome Glastonbury Vermont. no mystery whatsoever. Glastonbury was the sight of charcoal kilns. the road mostly runs along the old railroad that serviced the village and kilns. the site was abandoned after a couple of floods. no mystery whatsoever and if you actually did some research you would have known this before making this video.
One of the cars bonnie and clyde stole, used and dumped.
I have heard that mountain lions/cougar screams sound like a woman .
