Also, my favorite metals to collect & invest in currently put in order of my #1 down the list: Graded Coins (Capped Bust, Seated Liberty, Morgans & Barbers), Gold (because it’s awesome & portable), Silver (the work horse of metals, some opportunity here).

Even though you are getting a penny on the dollar for most items, it’s nice to get rid of items you’ve accumulated and get a little extra cash in your pocket.
Lol. My wife and daughter have about 50 tumbler cups and use 1 each. 😆 🤣.
Good job on making the cash. We had one lasy summer. At the end we put on the online ad, sale is over everything is free. Man you should of seen the crowd rolling in. And people were being rude and picky even when it was free. I didn’t enjoy that part. But we made a ton of cash. Sold alot of old furniture. Thats sad about that old lady.

My wife’s tried to get rid of my golf clubs 20 times and I have never wanted to let them go. I realise yesterday that I haven’t played in 20 years so out they go.😂😂

Hi man hope all is good.
That’s when you quietly call the local PD or county sheriff and ask them to do a wellness check. Give them a brief description, make & model of the car, as well as the her plate number. They won’t take her keys, but they will do an assessment, might call EMS, and will see that she gets safely back home. If she leaves before they arrive, they can BOLO her on the radio and make sure she’s okay, if she’s spotted on the road. The LPR (license plate readers) might pick her up while officers are on patrol………ya never know. Regarding the garage sale……it never hurts to de-clutter and make a little money at the same time. $100 for new home build, $100 for spinal fusion surgery, $100 for P.O. Box or family fun!? Great idea though! When you have your spinal fusion, I hope you’ll take some time off to recover. Is it a necessary thing or a recommended thing? Some people it helps…some people it doesn’t help….some people it makes things a bit worse. The problem with the fusion is that it can’t be undone. Let me know before you go under the knife, if you think about it. Take care!
