In the good old days when your detector gave you a signal you started digging. Nowadays you need to be a computer expert and stare at you screen for 5 minutes before you can start digging a signal.

You think that’s just a spoon that’s modified or was it made that way?

I picked my first Rosie out of a really trashy area with the CTX a few days ago. Great video and thanks for making them for all us new guys.

So does this mean that you have given up on hunting for coins on the beach ? Oh and didn’t you find that queen Victoria pendant the last time you were out there looking for relics ?

The ornate piece of metal on the top left of the screen looks like the ornate corner piece of an old mantle clock. How close was the gear mechanism in the ground?

Looks so different not seeing you dug beaches, but that just opens up more possible treasures. Keep on digging. One if these days we’ll make it back to the seacoast.

Is there a video of the 1652 coin being dug? I’m assuming were talking a tree shilling? If so, it’s the pinnacle of USA finds IMO.
