I found something similar but it was long and thin about 18 inches wide and say 15 feet long. In Wyoming. But very similar just not a circular. Still dont know but the fire pit is about 12 inches under ground. Wow . Blessings for information

Unfortunately a lot Arizona treasure hunters have gone out with their metal detectors and picked up most stuff of value so its unlikely youll find anything left. Very few report their findings and it gets handed down through families so those treasures will never be discovered: they already were and are closely guarded by the families that found them. It’s still fun looking into the old stories/ legends and retracing the steps of historical figures. You won’t find anything though, as I said. Or youll find very little. People have snatched it all up. Technically you are supposed to report it to the government and the government will put it in a museum or something. But most people don’t do this of course even though the government can put you in jail for life if you don’t report it! A lot of the treasure is either kept in the family or quietyly melted down and traded for other goods/ money. I knew of a guy who found some treasure out in Arizona and he found it on private property I think. He did report it but funny enough no one believed him. So he got this wtitten statement or something saying that basically no one cared and he could keep what he found. Later they found out there might be validity to the story, the IRS has never stopped bothering him since. But he still has that written statement that holds up as a legal document. So not much at least as of right now anyone can do about it. Usually people don’t get that lucky thiugh. The government will force you to turn over whatever you find even if it is on private property.

Thanks. Have I been saying it wrong? Do you not pronounce the last R? We had a beautiful one up here in Prescott until the forest decided to obliterate it, why I have no idea.

Wow! Thinking I’ve seen one, thought it was strange, and didn’t know what the heck it was. I don’t even remember where it was either! 😯🤔😕

Speaking of getting off the couch, I’m in Texas and may not get to Az anytime soon. If you get me (on your about page of your YT channel) I’ll give you a spot on location close to you for a 50/50 split. I research multiple states.

This History is getting harder and harder to find, fires up north in the Uintahs have destroyed almost all the trees. The history is slowly eroding away. History needs to be preserved, that is why we formed RWLmedia, Thank you Arizona Treasure Hunter for your contributions

  26. Reid Winsjansen on October 15, 2023 at 12:31 am

So, would it be unethical and worth it to maybe collect a small amount and pan or sift to see if there was anything left in the soil?
