I disagree. I know several determined elderly people who would definitely be capable of tough hikes, especially if they took breaks along the way. It is not out of the question for a determined elderly person to hike these areas.

hello idk if anyone who can look into this more will see this but at 26:15 they pass some white flowers that i have identified as lady bells latifolia or as they are other wise known as white blaze. if you look closer into the picture you will see that they are in and right beside a small creek that seems to be hidden by shrubs. plz if anyone from the show sees this maybe look back at this exact time frame and judge for yourself.
